GMAT test dates

You can take the test every day, in the morning and in the afternoon, as long as the test centers are not fully booked. Before selecting a test date, you need to select possible locations. 

Further, you can also schedule your test online, which gives more flexibility because you don't have to travel to a test center. 

When planning your test date, there are a few important rules to keep in mind:

• You may take a maximum of 5 tests per rolling 365 days.
• You may only take the test once every 16 working days.

Planning your test date

When planning your test date, remember that the various institutions have different rules relating to the GMAT. Please keep the following things in mind:

• The application deadline for a specific program may differ (greatly) from the starting date of that program, and may reach it’s maximum capacity even quicker. Planning your test date well in time may contribute to a successful application.
• Although your GMAT score is valid for 5 years, some universities only accept scores no older than 1, 1.5, or 2 years. Make sure your score is still valid for the specific university you are applying to. The planning of your test date may influence the validity of the score for 1 or 2 application rounds.
